Taylor was great to work with. There are many key things that separates him as a high level lender but I will touch on the three most important to me as an active investor in the Kansas City market. One, the paperwork needed was done at … More the beginning and was organized. Most lenders are not organized and don’t ask for everything up front which leads to them asking for one item here and one item there and drags out the process and closing. Two, Taylor has a large network of lenders to reach out to and is able to get fast quotes for terms. Again, most lenders drag their feet on getting a set of terms on paper. This is key because I am able to run an accurate analysis on my actual terms. Three, communication is great and he delivers. Taylor gets it done. Too many lenders are in the business of pushing paper across their desks just to meet some quota. That is not Taylor, he wants to get it done. I highly recommend him.
